Booking FAQs

Ready to bring your vision to life? Use our simple booking system to secure your session in just a few clicks. Choose your preferred service, select a time that works for you, and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need. Have questions? Check out our FAQ below or get in touch—we’re here to help.

  • You can book directly through our online booking system. Simply select your preferred service, choose a date and time, and follow the prompts to confirm your booking.

  • Our current booking system is designed specifically for real estate and architectural projects. If you're looking to book a brand, lifestyle, or custom creative shoot, please get in touch with us directly via our contact form or email us at info@motifstudio.com.au.

  • We understand that plans can change, but due to the time-sensitive nature of our work, we kindly ask that all cancellations or schedule/location changes be submitted in writing at least 3 days before the scheduled shoot.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot will incur a 10% fee of the service value.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 25% fee.

    • Cancellations on-site or without notice will be charged the full shoot fee.
       

    If you notify us by phone, please follow up with a written confirmation (via email) within 24 hours. For more information, visit our Terms & Conditions page.

  • Please let us know as soon as possible. We allow a 10 minute grace period, but late arrivals may shorten your session time.

  • Of course! Reach out via our contact form or email us, and we’ll help guide you to the best option for your needs.

  • Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you once your booking is complete. You’ll also receive a reminder closer to your appointment.

  • Yes, if you're looking to combine services, there are add-on options available. If you run into any issues, feel free to give us a call or send us an email.

  • If your preferred date is unavailable, feel free to contact us—we may be able to accommodate you or put you on a waitlist.
